Something a little more personal...
Quiet time... What do you do when you have quiet time? As a busy mom of 3, I don't often have quiet times. But when I do, there are times I don't know what to do. Should I get some laundry done? read a book? sleep? run? My quiet times are usually in the middle of the night, but whenever you get some quiet time, I encourage you to try it. I've started journaling again and it has helped me to clear my thoughts and slow down. I don't know about you, but taking time to write about the moments of my day, my worries & my thoughts has given me a renewed strength, sense of self and clarity.
